Business Development Division
Business Developer/ Estimator
You will possess effective communication and organizational skills to establish new business and support our existing customer base. A solid background in construction specific to Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional including earthworks, concrete foundations & flatwork, and underground services are required. Must be able to interpret blueprints to provide estimates for all services provided by the company. C.E.T. with Timberline an asset.
Concrete Division
Concrete Finisher
You will be proficient in the concrete processes to pour, smooth and finish all concrete flatwork in the Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional sectors including - concrete floors, garages, steps, porches, and curbs/sidewalks. Experience required in finishing equipment including - power laser screed, power trowel, ride-on power trowel. . The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate finishing skills, meet the physical demands of the job, reliable, and available to work Mon – Fri with ½ day Saturday when required.
Concrete Formsetter
You will be proficient in the wall forming process to install and strip duraform/preformed wall panels including – concrete pouring methods, window/door placements, and overall site safety. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate formsetting skills, meet the physical demands of the job, reliable, and available to work Mon – Fri with ½ day Saturday when required.
Carpenter

Damp Proofing / Membrane Installers
You will be proficient in damp proofing and membrane installation methods in new construction applications.
Concrete Labourer
You will assist various concrete crews in the wall forming and finishing process. Prior construction experience is required as well as knowledge of overall site safety work practices. The successful candidate will be able to meet the physical demands of the job, reliable, and available to work Mon – Fri with ½ day Saturday when required.
Estimating Division
Estimator
You will possess a solid work history in Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional earthworks, concrete foundations, floors, parking lots, road building, and underground services. Computer knowledge in MD office, Paydirt, Timberline estimating and the use of digitizers. Sales experience in dealing with customers would be an asset. C.E.T. Civil designation or P.Eng preferred.
Finance and Administration Division
Director and Executive Positions
You will possess a background of the Construction Sector including costing analysis. Timberline software an asset. Designations preferred include: CA, CGA, CMA.
Accounting Positions – Receivable, Payable, Billing, Collections
You will possess a solid work history together with proficiency in accounting and be familiar with construction practices/terminology, costing procedures, and accounting methods and practices.
Maintenance Division
Fleet Maintenance Manager
This position has the basic function of planning, organizing and managing the maintenance operations of the Company to provide maintenance and repair of all company fleet units, equipment, and facility ensuring efficient operation and availability. You will have acquired computer experience in the areas of related software programs and their uses with regards to the job requirements. 310T –Truck and Coach Technician License mandatory.
Procurement Maintenance & Small Tools Manager
The primary focus is to manage this department to facilitate the needs of the Maintenance Division and all site requirements in a manner, which maximizes overall efficiency and profits. You will be proficient in all areas of purchasing management, inventory controls, and maintenance controls. Including purchasing major parts for vehicles and equipment, preparing and maintaining mechanic schedules and work order schedules. This position requires an individual; well versed in computer applications specific to the implementation and maintenance of related software.
Tire Technician
You are a Licensed Tire Technician and will be responsible to inspect, maintain, and mount/dismount vehicle tires, tire rotation, tire inventory, sorting casings/tires and arranging disposal method, tire hardware ordering, assisting with servicing, vehicle related small electrical repairs/bulb changes, relocation of trucks, parts pickup. Maintain safe, courteous working techniques.
Truck and Coach Mechanic – 310T Licensed
As a 310T you will be responsible for the repair of heavy duty and medium duty diesel or gasoline powered trucks including: The disassembly/overhaul of engines or engine components, transmissions, refrigeration equipment, clutches and other assemblies. The diagnosis of equipment problems. Identifying and replacing worn or broken parts as required. Making all necessary adjustments and alignments.
Truck and Coach Mechanic – APPRENTICESHIPS

Operations Division
Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will possess an extensive background in Residential, Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects including earthworks, concrete foundations, floors, parking lots, road building, and underground services together with estimating knowledge in all Company services. Must be a strong and effective communicator to manage and direct projects effectively and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and inspectors.
Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor you will have extensive hands-on experience in Residential, Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects including earthworks, concrete foundations, floors, parking lots, road building, and underground services. Estimating knowledge in all Company services in terms of building these types of projects. Must be a strong and effective communicator to manage and direct crews effectively to ensure timely project completion.
Working Foremen/women
You will have extensive hands-on experience in Residential, Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects including earthworks, concrete foundations, floors, parking lots, road building, and underground services. Must be a strong and effective communicator to direct crews effectively to ensure timely project completion. Idea candidate is one who has worked as an Equipment Operator and is looking to advance their career.
Equipment Operators
You will possess a solid background and proven skills operating specialized heavy equipment such as excavators, rubber tire backhoes, skidsteers or loaders. The primary goal is to complete Residential and ICI construction projects on schedule with the highest standards of quality.
Labourers
You will assist Equipment Operators in the construction process for various Residential and ICI projects. Experience in sewer and watermain is an asset. Prior construction experience is required as well as knowledge of overall site safety work practices. The successful candidate must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
Trucking Division
Drivers
DZ or AZ license required for consideration. Trucking services include aggregate supply, float moves, and waste disposal. Our fleet includes: Tandem, Tri-Axle, Belly Dump, Slinger, Roll-Off, and Drop Deck Floats.
